They're finished with 100% Natural Tung oil and sealed with mineral oil and bees wax. Chopping Blocks are available in either Maple with a single Mahogany stripe, or in alternating Maple and Mahogany stripes. Choose from three convenient sizes, 12"x16", 13"x20" and 15"x20" All blocks are 1/2" thick.
